You can become a member by visiting our website and booking a tour. Our team will be delighted to assist you and provide all the necessary information. If you prefer to handle the process independently, you can purchase a suitable package directly from our website and follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email.
When you rent a coworking space, you are issued a keycard which grants you access to our office from 8AM till 11PM. If you choose a day pass you have access during operating reception hours (from 8AM till 5:30PM from Monday till Friday), but if you choose weekly Flexi Desk or Monthly Flexi Desk then you have access from 8am to 11pm, any day you want. Additionally, for our members they can download our Mobile App and can have access to the coworking space from there.
Nomads offers flexible contract durations to accommodate your business needs. Dedicated Desk memberships are available on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month rental length. Hot Desks are available by the day, week, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month rental length. Interested parties are able to rent a workspace for a term longer than one year should they be interested. Such queries are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Our operating hours are from 8AM till 11PM. However, our staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 5:30PM.
Yes, non-members can book our meeting rooms. Simply visit our website, choose the desired room, and follow the booking instructions.
Booking meeting rooms has never been so easy with the mobile NomadsApp or with the Nomads CoWorking platform! Members receive access to the Nomads Coworking platform directly after move-in. Open the platform go to Booking management and choose Book a Room or download our mobile app open it go to the calendar icon choose Conference Rooms section and then you can choose which conference room you prefer and book it.
Yes! Members of Nomads CoWorking Space receive exclusive rates on our event venues and catering services when hosting an event at Nomads CoWorking. We can accommodate any occasion: corporate events, business meet-ups, product launch parties, networking drinks, language lessons and more! There are no hidden fees. All amenities listed in your membership plan are included in the monthly fee. Additional services, such as extra meeting room hours, may incur separate charges.
Yes, members can bring guests. However, please inform our team in advance, and ensure your guests follow our community guidelines during their visit.
